AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Empowered Health (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of www.empoweredhealthstudios.com, including any associated pages, landing pages, funnels, forms, scheduling pages, communications, or related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to users who have booked an appointment with Empowered Health through our website at www.empoweredhealthstudios.com or via our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Messages may include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, marketing and customer support communications.
